January 14 – A short stop at Risøhamn and recovering from a late night

We were up pretty late last night hoping to see more Northern Lights.  None were forthcoming so we eventually went to bed.  This morning we decided to skip our early morning tour and sleep in.

The scenery during today’s cruising today looks like most of the other days of cruising…snow covered hills and overcast, grey skies and very few hours of light.

We had a short stop at the small town of Risøyhamn.  We didn't get off.

We got some pretty good Northern Lights tonight.  There was a lot more pink and purple tonight than we have seen before.
